Pricing FAQ

How accurate are these starting prices?: They are real floor prices for a typical event in each tier. Final pricing depends on scope (gear list, crew days, travel, permits). After you submit a quote we confirm a fixed price within 24 hours.
Do you ship outside Uganda?: Yes. We operate a logistics dispatch across Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda. Cross-border surcharge and customs handling are itemised in your quote.
Can we pay in USD or EUR?: Yes — display prices in any of the supported currencies; invoicing and settlement can be in UGX, USD, or EUR upon request.
Do you rent equipment without crew?: Dry-hire is available for select gear. Reach out via the contact form and we will share availability and our dry-hire rate card.
